Meeting Packages
Asia House offers one of Copenhagen’s most distinctive venues — a historic building in the heart of the city, sought after for business meetings, exclusive roundtables, and cultural events. As a filming location of growing renown, it offers an atmosphere that no modern venue can replicate.
The venue includes a main hall and several meeting rooms, offering flexibility to host both larger conferences and more intimate meetings.
We offer two packages for meetings under 4 hours:
Basic – DKK 400 per person
Includes coffee, tea, water, and light snacks (fruit and nuts).
Standard – DKK 700 per person
Includes lunch buffet (Asian or Danish) with one drink, plus your choice of:
- Breakfast buffet: pastries, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, and water
- Afternoon tea: coffee, tea, homemade cake, and sweets
We offer two packages for meetings over 4 hours:
Basic – DKK 500 per person
Includes coffee, tea, water, and light snacks (fruit and nuts).
Standard – DKK 1,100 per person
Includes:
- Breakfast buffet: pastries, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, and water
- Snacks before lunch: fresh fruit
- Lunch buffet: Asian or Danish, with one drink
- Afternoon tea: coffee, tea, homemade cake, and sweets
- Dinner buffet: Asian or Danish, with two drinks
Event Packages
Asia House offers a versatile space for events, conferences, seminars, and private gatherings of up to 100 guests. The setup can be tailored to suit your needs. Please feel free to contact our team with any inquiries.

- Base price (4 hours, up to 25 people): DKK 9,000
- Additional hour: DKK 3,000

- Night surcharge (after 23:00): DKK 3,000
- Overtime surcharge: DKK 2,250
